Ravintola Salt offers food made with love and carefully selected wines

 

Our cuisine is based on Finnish-Scandinavian flavours and traditions, complemented by French preparation methods and craftmanship. Our menu changes five times a year, always inspired by the best seasonal ingredients. We favour local producers such as Ahvenkoski fish smokehouse, Askola Heikki Linna's herbs and plants, and Lovisa Kafferoster's carefully roasted coffees. 

 

Our dishes are clear, approachable, and full of flavour - exactly the kind we want to eat. The collaboration between the kitchen and the dining room is visible and tasty in every plate and glass. Our menu always includes gluten-free and vegan options. 

 

Our drink menu completes the experience, it is a carefully constructed selection of wines that emphasise quality, balance, and flavours appropriate to the season. We also offer Kråkö Brygger beers, a variety of non-alcoholic options and carefully crafted cocktails, all designed according to the season.
