Group Reservation Terms
Order confirmation
The final number of participants with their menu choices must be provided five days before the event. This number will also be the basis for billing. We require a uniform menu selection.
Space reservation
The reservation is valid for the number of participants specified by the organizer. In case of a decrease or increase in the number of participants or other compelling reasons, the restaurant has the right to allocate another space to the organizer.
Cancellation policy
A group reservation can be canceled free of charge seven days before arrival. Later cancellations will incur half of the agreed-upon dining price.
Payment terms
If no other agreement has been made regarding payment terms, the organizer will make the payment immediately after the event.
When invoicing, the restaurant has the right to charge an invoicing fee. The payment term is 10 days net. Late payment interest will be charged according to the interest rate law.
Restaurant Salt's Meeting Package
Restaurant Salt offers a high-quality meeting day in the heart of Porvoo's old town, near the Cathedral. The atmospheric restaurant provides unique settings for meetings.
The cozy Fireplace Cabinet, reserved for private use, ensures an inspiring atmosphere. The space is equipped with a 55-inch screen that can be connected to personal devices, a flip chart, and Wi-Fi.
The meeting room accommodates 16 people and can be divided as needed, for example, for group work. The space is available from 8:00 onwards.
Our innovative kitchen creates delicious offerings for the meeting day using the best seasonal ingredients.
